For years, I tried to fit into systems that were never designed to hold my volume. Corporate safe-bets. Strategies that looked “correct” on paper but felt like spiritual claustrophobia.

Behind the 9-to-5, I was running a full Christian ministry, leading a team of 22, and commanding stages of 1,000+. I was walking in my Mandate on the weekends and asking permission to take care of my children on Mondays.
That was the last straw.
I made a vow: Never again would I let a structure dictate my time, my income, or my impact. I walked away not into chaos, but into Calling.

Moving across three continents with a baby on my hip taught me one thing: You can have all the faith in the world, but if your structure is flimsy, you will always feel like you’re one storm away from a collapse.
I realized I was doing “High-Voltage” work through “Old House” wiring. I was a world-class leader playing in a sandbox model.
I didn’t just “go online.” I staged a coup against my own limitations. I stopped trying to be “accessible” and started being Preeminent.
✔️I stopped the shapeshifting. No more shrinking my fees or my personality to fit a “standard” coaching box.
